If you join and decide it's not the right fit, we offer a no-questions-asked, 5-day refund window on annual plans.
Just email us at hello@builtbyparents.com within 5 days of purchase, and we'll refund every penny.
💼 Monthly Plan Policy
Monthly members can cancel anytime.
We do not offer refunds on past monthly charges, but you will not be billed again after you cancel.
You can cancel directly inside your Skool account, or email us at hello@builtbyparents.com with the subject line "Cancel My Membership."
🎯 First Customer Guarantee (90 Days)
We guarantee you'll get your first paying customer within 90 days, or we'll refund your entire investment — as long as you've done the work.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:
- Complete all modules inside the Built By Parents Cohort program
- Submit your completed Freedom Plan
- Launch an offer using our Freedom Framework
- Promote your offer consistently for at least 60 days using two or more channels (e.g. short-form content, long-form content, email, partnerships)
- Maintain a minimum content cadence of:
- Short-form content: 4–5 posts per week
- Long-form content (if used): 2 posts per week
- Submit documentation of your work (screenshots, links, outlines, etc.) to hello@builtbyparents.com
If you've done all of the above and still haven't made a sale, we'll review your materials and issue a full refund — or personally help you one-on-one until you do.
